How Does An Athlete Synchronize
With The
Rhythm Of The Game?
Timing &
Rhythm Are the Keys to
Every Athlete's Performance.
Common Timing Problems:
|
Inconsistent Play |
Erratic performance levels from game to game |
|
Performance Slump |
Prolonged period of poor
performance |
|
Stagnation |
Not improving skill level or
performance
|
| Slow
Progress |
Not improving ranking or position
as expected |
| Poor
Recovery After Trauma |
Not returning to top form after
injury or surgery |
All of these are signs of timing problems and there is an
exclusive, confidential training program which consistently corrects these kinds of
problems.
Timing: is the coordination, precision, perception,
focus and concentration, reflexes, and reaction
times which are needed to perform the
skills of a sport at the highest level. Good timing is
critical for good performance.
Rhythm: is the ability to
synchronize with the flow of the game, the stamina to maintain
that flow, the attention to recognize changes in the flow, and
the flexibility to adjust to those changes. Good rhythm is
critical for staying in the flow of the game.
| Advances in training techniques in the last decade
have shown that highly accurate timing and rhythm can be
achieved, maintained, and even recovered by any athlete for any sport.

Rodger C Bailey, MS, is
an internationally recognized developer of techniques
for improving brain function and performance. For over
30 years he has been the consultant and trainer of
choice for the performance of individuals and teams and
he has consistently produced world-class results. He has trained hundreds of athletes
in developing their timing and rhythm to the highest
levels. |
|
What Does It Take?
For athletes with a performance slump or
stagnation, slow ranking progress, or with poor recovery from
physical trauma, it takes a minimum of 12 personal training sessions
with Rodger to achieve world-class timing and rhythm. These can
be done over a three to six week program, in which Rodger brings
the training to the athlete's location.
What Do Coaches Think About This
Training?
Coaches are delighted with their athletes who go through
Rodger's program, because they are more focused, coordinated,
and accurate. Their athletes learn more easily,
they have a better attitude, and they exceed
their former levels of performance. Coaches appreciate Rodger's
commitment to client confidentiality.
